  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.

  • Handle courier, mail, and document coordination.
  • Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Provide administrative support to management when required.

  • Divert sales leads to relevant stakeholders and maintain customer relationships.
  • Assist in sending brochure's to potential clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and agreements.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client and sales information.

  • Respond to all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Meet deadlines for tasks and projects.
  • Improve sales performance by following up with leads and maintaining customer relationships.
