We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in support of our NextWave partner program.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high volume cases using an email based ticketing system. They will be responsible for providing operational support to our NextWave partner program, responding to inbound requests from channel partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Granting, validating, and troubleshooting access to the partner portal
  • Ensuring accurate partner program compliance data
  • Deal Registration exception process handling
  • Partner Locator (SFDC based tool) data updates and troubleshooting
  • Partner applications and onboarding
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in case management and customer service
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with G-suite, ServiceNow, and SFDC
  • Demonstrated experience taking ownership of a business domain or managing a business process
