Senior Director of Strategic Communications

We are seeking a seasoned communications expert to lead our India operations' communication efforts.

This key role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy, aligned with global objectives, to strengthen our brand presence and positioning in India.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive external communication strategies that align with our global communications agenda.
  • Serve as a trusted spokesperson and manage all media relations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Position us as an employer of choice through targeted media outreach, social media engagement, and awards recognition.
  • Lead the development and implementation of employer branding and employee engagement campaigns at scale.
  • Drive content strategy for social media, website, and digital platforms.
  • Partner closely with leadership as a strategic advisor on communication strategy and execution.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies and deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Media, Social Media, or Employer Branding.
  • Strong media connections with local and regional networks.
  • Excellent copywriting, content creation, and digital storytelling skills.
  • Proven expertise in B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and collaborative projects.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
