Cloud Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation, customization and optimization of Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions, leveraging Redwood UX and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to enhance user experience and streamline recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure Job Requisition Templates, Geography Hierarchies, Candidate Selection Process (CSP), Job Application Flows, Career Site (Candidate Experience), Recruiting Content Library, and On-Boarding Check lists for Pre-Hire and New Hire.
- Experience in Career site configurations and Integrations with 3rd party applications, Redwood UI transformation, Contextualize Journeys, Guided Journeys, Display properties for UI Changes, Troubleshoot and optimize Redwood UX components and workflows.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Participate in quarterly upgrade cycles and change control meetings.
- 8-12 years of experience
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Redwood UI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
