Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter (1 to 3 Years) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in US staffing, recruiting OPT/F1 candidates, and handling end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit OPT/F1 candidates from universities, job portals, and social media.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international students and recent graduates.
  • Conduct initial screenings, explain training & placement programs, and handle visa-related queries.
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate smooth onboarding.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly hiring targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database.
  • Develop relationships with universities, training institutes, and referral networks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in OPT recruitment / US staffing (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of US visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B) and hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
