We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for building connections and creating meaningful user experiences.

As a Community Outreach Intern, you will play a key role in helping onboard new users, re-engaging inactive ones, and supporting retention through proactive conversations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • User Calling – Help onboard new users and re-engage inactive ones through proactive conversations.
  • Query Resolution – Handle user queries via calls with empathy and efficiency.
  • Community Management – Organize virtual meetups, facilitate doubt-clearing sessions, and address hotline concerns.
  • Feedback Collection – Gather user insights to improve our product and support.
  • Relationship Building – Foster trust and long-term engagement with our users.
