Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Braze Developer to join our team in a remote, agile environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer engagement campaigns using the Braze platform.

This role involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver personalized messaging experiences across multiple channels, including email, in-app, push, and SMS.

  • Develop, configure, and maintain campaigns in Braze using Liquid templating and Canvas
  • Integrate Braze with backend systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs
  • Implement event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and translate them into Braze workflows
  • Troubleshoot and optimize message delivery, personalization, and performance
  • Ensure best practices in user privacy, compliance, and data security
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams on using Braze, enabling them to leverage the platform effectively
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. They will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with the Braze platform, as well as experience with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web).

  • Familiarity with Braze Currents and data streaming to external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Segment)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
