Lead Software Tester

We are actively seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Software Development Engineer in Test. This is a challenging opportunity for Jr and Sr software development engineers in test to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop automated tests using JUnit, Jest, and other test automation tools
  • Collaborate with development teams to review new feature designs and validate test specifications
  • Identify defects and own them through the resolution and verification cycle
  • Substantial experience creating/updating/reviewing/executing automated and manual tests

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of software development principles and testing methodologies
  • Experience in both functional testing and system testing
  • Experience in end-to-end testing and automation across various systems
  • Proficiency in APIs (familiarity with REST, JSON, XML, Web API)
  • Experience with MSTest, RestSharp, NewtonSoft.Json, Fluent Assertions, Java, chai assertion library, and Typescript

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to working in agile product development model using concepts such as micro-services based development and deployment
  • Previous experience dealing with mission-critical production issues in terms of data volumes and speed of data
  • Experience with Git hub, Gitlab, JIRA, Jenkins, and Confluence
  • Experience with functional and load testing of web applications
  • Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, My SQL, Bigdata technologies
