Job Opportunity: Advanced Analytics Expert

Location: Hyderabad, India

Role Overview

We seek a skilled data scientist to join our digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with advanced analytics and machine learning to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver actionable recommendations and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Analytics

  • Design and develop predictive models for segmentation, targeting, and personalization to enhance customer experience and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into business workflows and platforms.
  • Apply statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to generate insights and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
  • Establish monitoring and governance processes to ensure sustained model accuracy and business value.

Deep QA Model Validation

  • Validate existing models applying end-to-end QA checks before sign-off.
  • Assess data ingestion, schema integrity, feature engineering, and label quality for business alignment.
  • Evaluate model predictions, performance metrics, drift monitoring, downstream outputs, and GUI integration.
  • Document all findings, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support development of dashboards and reports to track validation progress, outcomes, and risks.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, and applied machine learning.
  • Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
  • Experience with big data platforms and cloud ecosystems such as Databricks, Spark, Snowflake/AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex insights to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to QA, documentation, reporting, and dashboarding.
