Job Title:

Business Intelligence Specialist

Overview:

As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from data to drive business growth and improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Develop and implement data visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to present findings to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business operations, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
  • Predictive Analytics: Use statistical models and machine learning techniques to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and identify potential issues in production or supply chains.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer behavior to help improve product offerings, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive data collection and reporting tasks, streamlining processes and improving data accuracy.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by conducting regular audits and validation checks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Specialist, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other relevant software.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
  • Familiarity with automotive industry trends, supply chain processes, and production metrics is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications is an advantage.
