Collections Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Collections Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of collections activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Collection: Collect payments from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Controls Compliance: Ensure all collections activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, preferably in a team handling environment.
  • Process Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of collections processes and procedures.
  • Team Handling: Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and teams.
  • People Management: Strong people management skills, including leadership and communication.
  • Degree: Mandatory degree (minimum 15 years of education).
