About the Role:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail loan sales and collections for an NBFC.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expansion in the region.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in local language.
