Business Transformation Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Transformation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in professional services, with at least 5 years of related experience in designing and implementing changes to operating models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery of key strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gain effective buy-in and ensure the availability of organizational resources.
  • Design and implement target operating models (TOM) and M&A type projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional services experience, with at least 5 years of related experience in designing and implementing changes to operating models.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager leading large and complex programs across matrix structured organizations.
  • Proven track record in managing and coordinating implementation with teams across different locations.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and the ability to drive sustainable changes within the organization.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to guide, influence, and convince colleagues, leaders, and external stakeholders.
