Senior HR Business Partner

This is a key leadership role in our organization, focusing on driving people strategy and supporting transformation programs.

Total Rewards Strategy
  • Design compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions
  • Benchmark pay and benefits with external market data
  • Execute performance appraisals and ensure compliance

Requirements include 10+ years of progressive HR experience, strong business acumen, analytical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and an MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
