Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to lead our Management Information Systems (MIS) team, drive business insights through data analysis, and monitor key performance indicators across functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports for timely decision-making, focusing on financial, operational, and business performance metrics.
  • Consolidate data from multiple internal systems and external sources into actionable dashboards and presentations for informed business decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all MIS deliverables, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
Business Insights & Strategy
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to provide valuable insights and recommendations for business growth, cost control, and efficiency improvements.
  • Perform trend, variance, and root cause analysis on key business metrics to identify areas for enhancement and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to drive organizational success.
Performance Monitoring & Improvement
  • Track and analyze business performance against targets, identifying gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Design and maintain performance scorecards and dashboards to highlight risks and opportunities, enabling proactive decision-making.
  • Highlight performance gaps proactively and suggest corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement and optimization.
Process Improvement & Automation
  • Streamline data collection and reporting processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Suggest and implement automation opportunities using tools like Excel, Power BI, to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Standardize templates, processes, and reports to facilitate smooth operations and minimize errors.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Analytics; 3-5 years of experience in MIS, business analysis, or data analytics; expertise in financial services/investments/payments preferred.
