Quality Assurance Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) professional to play a critical role in ensuring product quality for our web, mobile, and API platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize your expertise in QA methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), System Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Agile/Scrum practices.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
  • Conduct voice testing across multiple platforms, focusing on speech recognition, Text-to-Speech (TTS), latency, and conversational flow validation
  • Build and maintain automated regression test suites
  • Perform API testing using Postman/RestAssured
  • Define and track QA metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–3 years of proven QA experience (manual + automation)
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum practices
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
  • Experience testing Large Language Model (LLM)-based features
  • Practical knowledge of voice testing, including ASR, NLP pipelines, and TTS validation

Good to Have:

  • Experience with performance testing (JMeter, Locust) for LLM and voice workloads
  • Familiarity with evaluation metrics for AI systems
  • Hands-on with cloud-based AI testing tools and platforms
  • ISTQB or other QA certifications
