About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Helpdesk and Support team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations of our Helpdesk and Support teams to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure all systems and manual processes meet SLAs
- Manage escalations and service issue resolution
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong process knowledge in workforce administration and employee data management
- Experience in project management in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely with Management and share periodic reports and review decks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Desirable qualifications include experience with HR documentation, new hire onboarding, transfers, leave and absence management, promotions, relocations, and separations.
