Role Overview

A Senior HRIS Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of HR systems that support global workforces. They thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the employee experience.

  • System Expertise & Support
    • The subject matter expert manages core HR system configurations, workflows, and user support.
    • They provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution support for system issues, ensuring thorough testing prior to deployment.
    • The analyst ensures system integrity and alignment with global HR policies and compliance standards.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of India-specific HR operations, policies, and programs effectively aligns with broader regional and global HR strategies.

Implementation & Optimization

Senior HRIS Analysts drive end-to-end HRIS implementation projects, including solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization.

They serve as liaisons between HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.

Complex business needs are translated into system configurations and enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.

Change management strategies are developed and executed, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption planning.

System performance is continuously assessed, and opportunities for automation, integration, and innovation are identified.

Data, Analytics & Innovation

HR dashboards and standard reports are developed and maintained to support strategic decision-making.

Timely, accurate, and actionable insights are delivered to HR and business stakeholders in response to ad hoc reporting requests.

Data quality, consistency, and integrity are ensured across systems and geographies.

Partnerships are formed with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for predictive analytics, trend analysis, and data-driven insights.

AI-driven tools and automation are explored and implemented to enhance reporting efficiency, reduce manual effort, and uncover deeper insights from HR data.

Audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting needs are supported with precision and confidentiality.

Global Collaboration

Senior HRIS Analysts partner with HR teams across geographies to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.

Training, documentation, and ongoing support are provided to HR users globally.

Flexibility and responsiveness are demonstrated by ensuring strong time zone overlap with U.S.-based stakeholders to support effective global collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 + years of experience in HRIS administration with hands-on experience in at least one enterprise HR system.
  • Experience with UKG Pro and/or Workday strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading HRIS implementations or major system upgrades.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones and cultures.

  • Experience supporting both U.S. and international HR processes
  • Familiarity with global compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
