Associate Marketing Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic associate marketing manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a start-up like environment and is passionate about marketing.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience, with a strong background in data manipulation using Excel or Tableau. Experience working with content management systems and integrated campaigns is also highly valued.

  • We are looking for someone responsible for notifications channels to re-engage past customer cohorts.
  • Manage multiple new shows priorities to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute A/B experimentation roadmaps to optimize campaign performance.
  • Deliver organic retention goals by leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Develop playbooks for new seed projects to ensure their success.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
  • Experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupla, Joomla, etc.).
  • Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges.
