Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our precast construction projects in India.

About the Role:

  • This is a high-profile leadership position, ideal for someone with 20-25 years of experience in infrastructure and construction management.
  • The successful candidate will have expertise in construction methods, planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead multiple precast project executions, setting benchmarks and tracking progress to showcase benefits.
  2. Propose precast construction methods as alternatives in key ongoing and tender projects to improve delivery times, productivity, and quality.
  3. Build a robust network of execution resources, including precast vendors, mould manufacturers, and modern machinery agencies.
  4. Mobilize execution workforce for production, installation, structural finishing, and prestressing/post-tensioning to ramp up precast setup quickly.
  5. Develop capacity utilization strategies for precast-related resources, such as factories, workforce, moulds, and equipment.
  6. Manage teams of Production and Installation Engineers and flying squads deputed to various sites per project needs.
  7. Cross-train teams in infrastructure and building knowledge.
  8. Oversee training needs, safety, and quality responsibilities to build a high-performance precast execution team.
  9. Support standardization and modularization efforts by collecting and analyzing data on IC-wide demands and challenges.
  10. Explore innovative data collection and analysis options using IoT and AI.
