Job Title: Client Servicing Manager

The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between clients and our agency, ensuring seamless communication, timely execution, and measurable impact of campaigns. This role requires strong relationship management, problem-solving, and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable strategies.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Client Servicing Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients across social media and digital marketing mandates, you will be responsible for understanding client goals, brand tonality, and target audience to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client goals, brand tonality, and target audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively share updates, insights, and recommendations with clients.
  • Anticipate client needs, address challenges, and build long-term trust-based relationships.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports and reviews to clients.
  • Ensure retention of clients by delivering consistent value and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Escalate challenges to the CS Head with solutions-oriented thinking.

What You'll Learn:

In this role, you will gain exposure to best practices in client relationship management within the digital marketing space. You will also develop skills in data interpretation, reporting, and analytics for decision-making, as well as client servicing finesse – how to manage expectations, negotiate, and handle crisis situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite for reporting and coordination.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team collaboration.
  • Client-first orientation with an eye for detail and quality.
