Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Company Secretary to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining high standards of corporate governance.

  • Compliance Management:

    Assist in handling compliance requirements for listed and private companies, including statutory filings and documentation.

  • Corporate Governance:

    Help maintain high standards of corporate governance within the organization and for client companies.

  • Statutory Filings:

    Prepare and submit timely and accurate statutory filings with regulatory authorities.

  • Documentation Management:

    Manage and maintain meticulous records of all corporate documents.

  • Board Meeting Support:

    Assist in preparing for and accurately minute-taking of board meetings and other corporate gatherings.

  • Regulatory Adherence:

    Stay updated on changes in company law and other relevant regulations to ensure continuous compliance.

Required Skills:

  • CS (Company Secretary) Qualification:
