About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect with in-depth expertise in Laravel and the TALL stack to assist us in building, scaling, and maintaining our portfolio of enterprise healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust, scalable Laravel applications with a clean and maintainable codebase.
  • Lead the development of custom components and interactive dashboards.
  • Collaborate on frontend development using Alpine.js and Tailwind CSS, ensuring responsive and accessible UIs.
  • Write efficient, testable, and reusable code following modern Laravel best practices.
  • Integrate APIs and manage data flows across internal and external systems.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience building applications with Laravel.
  • Proven expertise in the TALL stack, with a public GitHub account demonstrating experience.
  • Strong understanding of modern PHP, Laravel architecture, Eloquent ORM, queues, jobs, and service providers.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Solid understanding of database design.
