Job Title

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in shaping the legal direction of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel, an LL.B. degree, strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation, understanding of software licensing, technology transfers, and data privacy, and clear communication skills.

You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and vetting commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with data protection laws. You will also contribute to internal compliance, IP protection, and risk management frameworks, liaise with external counsels, partners, and regulators as needed, and stay updated on evolving legal and regulatory landscapes.

Requirements:

Career Progression:

In the first month, you will learn the ropes by getting up to speed on our business, products, and legal operations. In months 1–3, you will take ownership of standard contracts and support negotiations with clients alongside senior counsel. From month 4 onwards, you will lead end-to-end negotiations for routine contracts and contribute to process improvements and assist in IP, compliance, and data privacy efforts.
