Job Description

As Operations and Growth Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including data analysis, process optimization, and growth hacking.

  • Data Analysis: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automations using Google Sheets and other tools to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Process Optimization: Design, document, and optimize operational processes; identify bottlenecks, propose Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and implement scalable, repeatable systems.
  • Growth Hacking: Coordinate day-to-day operations, align team tasks to clear timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with documented SOPs and checklists.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain operational efficiency: organize documentation, enforce quality controls, and uphold compliance across workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess, maintain, and understand processes.
  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Knowledge of Film/Video Production and AI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and interaction with team members.
  • Growth hacking expertise to identify and implement innovative growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in Project Management to manage and execute projects effectively.
  • Interest or experience in the media-tech industry is a plus.
