Job Overview

The role of a Payroll Project Manager is crucial in ensuring seamless integration and data flow across regions.

As a key member of our HR Digital Services team, you will lead payroll projects across Europe, managing complex global integrations between payroll platforms and broader HR systems. Your primary responsibility will be to manage these integrations effectively, ensuring that data flows seamlessly across regions.

In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including HR Digital Services, HR Services, and regional digital teams. You will also be responsible for managing external vendors who implement payroll solutions. Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to deliver strategic HR transformation initiatives and align regional execution with global program goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Global Integrations: Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow across regions through effective management of global integrations between payroll platforms and broader HR systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR Digital Services, HR Services, and regional digital teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Manage external vendors responsible for implementing payroll solutions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong project management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and technical proficiency in payroll and HR platforms (e.g., SAP, ADP, or similar). Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
