Job Opportunity: Zendesk AI Specialist

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the execution of our strategic roadmap. This involves managing the implementation of workflows, maintaining platform functionality, and ensuring seamless integration of Autonomous AI Agent capabilities.

Key responsibilities include configuring and implementing workflows as directed by our Architect, leveraging Autonomous AI Agent capabilities to enhance automation and agent productivity, and ensuring workflows are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with platform standards.

To achieve this, the candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and implementing workflows in Zendesk, familiarity with Zendesk Autonomous AI Agent functionalities, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, and effective collaboration and training skills.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Workflow Implementation: Configure and implement workflows as directed by our Architect
  • Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to platform performance
  • Collaboration and Training: Partner with our Architect to understand strategic priorities and translate them into operational tasks
  • Platform Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve platform performance and efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing workflows in Zendesk
  • Familiarity with Zendesk Autonomous AI Agent functionalities
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
