Job Title:

TM1 Business Enablement Lead

 

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for managing the deployment of TM1 Satellite solutions in alignment with strategic and functional standards. The successful candidate will ensure data integrity, master data management, and user training across Controlling Operations and Finance teams.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and deployment of TM1 models and Reporting Insight solutions to support business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into scalable TM1/Power BI solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, master data management, and alignment with TM1 Core Model standards.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and change requests are effectively handled.
  • Oversee testing, user acceptance, and knowledge transfer to Controlling Operations teams.
  • Drive best practice sharing, continuous improvement, and process standardization.
  • Implement change management strategies and communication plans for successful adoption.
  • Actively contribute to project governance, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making processes.

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience working within Finance environments with exposure to Global/Regional teams. They should also have experience of implementing systems across multiple countries/scopes.

 

Key Skills:

  • Experience/ability to translating business needs into clear processes and frameworks and manage complex projects (scope / interactions / numerous stakeholders).
  • Advanced understanding of Project Methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile.
  • Broad understanding of controlling and reporting processes (end to end view) as well as the main tools being used in the organization (SAP, TM1, etc).
  • Knowledge of modeling and design approach for TM1 solution and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills, with cultural awareness and the ability to engage across senior levels.
  • Proven ability to lead transformational change, adapt to shifting priorities, and drive results with persistence and autonomy.
  • Agile and resilient, with self-management skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
