Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to support our EDP platform operations, data automation, cloud cost optimization, and infrastructure resiliency. The role will work closely with engineering, data, and vendor management teams to drive process improvement and cost efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workflows, define KPIs, and build dashboards for informed decision-making.
  • Support AWS cloud cost optimization strategies (RI, Savings Plans, anomaly detection).
  • Collaborate on infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and high availability (RTO/RPO).
  • Partner with EDP, Data Engineering, and vendor teams for process standardization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in data analysis, BI, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL + Python/R for analysis and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud + FinOps practices.
  • Strong skills in Power BI/QuickSight or similar visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization.
  • Preferred: AWS certifications, Databricks/Big Data exposure, experience with IaC/CI-CD.
