Mechanical Sales and Business Development Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Mechanical Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our sales team at RC Project Consultancy (RCPC). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving sales performance, and developing strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-7 years of experience in CNC Cutting Tools sales and a strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field. They will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of sales professionals.
You will be responsible for managing sales efforts, coordinating schedules, and communicating with the sales team. Your primary objective will be to ensure the sales team meets its targets and achieves optimal results.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, proposing solutions, and implementing changes to drive business growth and success.
