Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and revenue growth across the western region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide business intelligence through timely market and competitor analysis, enabling strategic decision-making.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and maintain CRM systems to ensure data integrity and adherence.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance market awareness of GEC solutions.
Qualifications
- B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in security or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of market dynamics in Goa, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.
- Ability to build strategic relationships with consultants, architects, and key stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM tools and business forecasting.
