We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth in our toys category.
Key Responsibilities- Pursue new business opportunities within the toys industry, including partnerships with brands, distributors, and suppliers.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including toys brands and sellers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitches for prospective partners and clients.
- Coordinate with sellers to ensure product availability and optimize business models.
- Lead seller growth during key events and promote participation from top sellers.
- Drive content excellence by ensuring high-quality product images and descriptions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
