We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth in our toys category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities within the toys industry, including partnerships with brands, distributors, and suppliers.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including toys brands and sellers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitches for prospective partners and clients.
  • Coordinate with sellers to ensure product availability and optimize business models.
  • Lead seller growth during key events and promote participation from top sellers.
  • Drive content excellence by ensuring high-quality product images and descriptions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
