Job Summary

Aayam Consultants is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Inside sales and experience in the Software industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by developing sales opportunities and penetrating targeted accounts.
  • Collaborate with team members to determine strategic sales approaches and ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members.
  • Maintain and expand the company database of prospects and set up and deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations as needed.

In addition, the Business Development Executive will identify decision makers with target leads and initiate the sales process, using their strong selling skills and ability to think out of the box.

Requirements
  • Minimum Graduate degree and knowledge of IT Infrastructure/IT security software.
  • Strong selling skills and ability to think out of the box.
  • Experience in Inside sales for a minimum of 2-4 years and in the Software field of 1-2 years.
  • Result-oriented, target-driven, and able to understand business dynamics.
