Business Development Executive

We seek a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As an experienced person in this role, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the business through new customer acquisition, building relationships, and promoting our products/services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their sales and business development career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Use Zoho CRM to track, manage, and follow up on leads and opportunities. effectively.
- Prepare and present customized IT solutions, including software, cloud services, and infrastructure to clients.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure the solutions meet client specifications.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional service.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activity, client interactions, and progress towards goals using Zoho CRM.
- Provide post-sale support and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Experienced individuals with a keen interest in business development are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and network effectively.
- Ability to research, analyze, and interpret market trends and customer needs.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other communication tools.
