We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Business Development Executive to join our team at Naari Pharma Pvt Ltd. This role involves developing and executing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Act as the central interface within business development, plant operations, and customers, ensuring smooth execution of commitments.
- Track and update all business movements, from customer requests to plant execution, keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Maintain and manage business & sales data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring correctness and alignment with sales and dispatch records.
- Monitor and communicate any changes from customers and plant, ensuring quick adaptation and resolution of concerns.
- Handle and proactively manage any delays by identifying the root cause, coordinating resolutions, and ensuring stakeholders are informed.
- Support business development in customer follow-ups, internal coordination, and documentation management.
- Ensure all operational updates, pricing changes, and delivery schedules are effectively communicated and documented.
Requirements
- MBA graduate with 6-7 years of experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent business development and leadership skills to drive growth and revenue.
- Ability to anticipate, manage, and resolve delays efficiently with a solution-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and data tracking tools.
