We are seeking a skilled and experienced IP expert to lead key projects, including prosecution, litigation, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end intellectual property rights (IPR) matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
  • Advise clients on IP strategy, protection, enforcement, and commercialization.
  • Develop and implement IP applications, oppositions, assignments, and licensing agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LL.B / LL.M). Registered Patent Agent is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in IP law, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing complex IPR portfolios and high-stakes disputes.
