As a skilled Billing Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex billing concepts to clients are essential.
  • Proficient typing speed of 30-50 WPM is required.
  • 2-8 years of experience in Google Workspace (GWS) Billing or extensive experience working in GWS environment & understanding of associated billing is mandatory.
  • Knowledge on any Industry Standard Ticketing tool and ITIL Framework is also necessary.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education is necessary.
  • Flexibility with night shifts and rotation shifts is expected.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in typing, and have relevant experience in Google Workspace Billing or a similar environment. Additionally, they should have knowledge of industry-standard ticketing tools and ITIL framework.
