Key Invoicing Role

Maintain the financial integrity of our operations by ensuring timely and precise invoicing.

Prepare and issue invoices to customers, meeting delivery deadlines and entering them into customer billing systems.

  • Understand key areas of billing specific to each client
  • Verify each field on the invoices before submission
  • Ensure supporting documents and backups are attached to invoices

Update invoice submission status in accounting software, maintain records, and process files as reference.

Collaborate with billing & collections teams to streamline the billing process.

Reconcile self-billed cases with approved timesheets, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure accounts receivable accuracy.

Handle bill rejections, credits, and rebills, maintaining a standard guide for the complete billing process account-wise.

Support continuous improvement of billing platforms and assist credit control in collections.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in billing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables)
  • Good analytical and process knowledge
  • Good accounting knowledge
