Job Title: Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to join our team in a key leadership position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Project Reports: Prepare detailed project reports, feasibility studies, and cash flow projections to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Manage tax compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments, to minimize risk and optimize tax efficiency.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and resolve any audit findings or issues.
  • Corporate Finance Support: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Advisory & Strategy: Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning to drive business growth and success.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA/CFA
  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously
