Job Title: Data Migration Expert

 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive data migration strategies to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with data migration projects.
  • Design and implement data models, master data management (MDM), and data governance strategies to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Provide stakeholder management, communication, and leadership support throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data migration, integration, or management roles.
  • Proven track record of leading full-cycle data migrations for major ERP, HCM, and CRM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, MDM, and data governance principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities.
