We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Specialist to lead our end-to-end transition projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex migration projects and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple transition projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to establish robust governance and transparent reporting mechanisms.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, capturing lessons learned for future projects.
  • Deliver training sessions to internal stakeholders on our digital transformation methodology.

Requirements:

  • 16+ years of IT project management experience, with a focus on varied functions, particularly non-financial and administrative areas.
  • PMP certification and proficiency in MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Knowledge of data analysis, process flow mapping, and documentation.
