Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a creative individual to develop high-quality multimedia deliverables through their skills in graphics designing.
  • This role involves challenging and being challenged, creating innovative solutions and having a genuine passion for design.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong visualization and conceptualization skills as well as good English communication skills to discuss designs with clients.
  • Experience in print-media design is essential while experience in package and label design is highly valued.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for following production/design guidelines and standards managing a small team of designers and taking ownership of deliverables from inception to completion.
  • They will also be responsible for visualizing and designing screens based on approved look and feel and design guidelines standards.
  • A keen eye for detail and knowledge about user behaviors especially in communication design are necessary for this role.
  • The ability to work independently and within a team environment effective communication skills and the ability to create and update internal processes and templates are also essential.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud particularly InDesign Photoshop Illustrator Animate After Effect and Premiere Pro is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to multitask work under time constraints and adapt to new tools and ideas to increase efficiency in the design process.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts for 1-2 weeks in a month for critical deliverables is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop high-quality multimedia deliverables through their skills in graphics designing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in creating promotional content such as flyers brochures e-learning and publishing house content.
  • Print media experience is highly valued.
  • Comfortable working on content in non-English languages like European languages.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud for at least 2 years on a daily basis.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesign Photoshop Illustrator and other graphic tools.
  • Hands-on experience in motion graphics via Adobe Animate and proficiency in Adobe After Effect and Premiere Pro.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Creative and eager to learn about new developments in the field.
  • Good communication skills to accurately communicate with the team and the client.
