Job Opportunity: Training Placement Officer

Finocontrol seeks a key member of its team to place trainees into top companies and provide them with the best possible training and mentorship.

Main Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Establish strong ties with HR leaders and recruiters across Finance, Consulting, BFSI, IT, and EdTech sectors.
  • EVENT ORGANIZATION: Organize campus drives, interviews, placement events, and corporate panels.
  • DASHBOARD MANAGEMENT: Maintain placement dashboards, hiring trackers, and alumni records.
  • PARTNER IDENTIFICATION: Identify, engage, and onboard new corporate partners for training, internships, and hiring collaborations.
  • PROPOSAL CREATION: Design proposals, MoUs, and partnership frameworks aligned with corporate needs.
  • NETWORK REPRESENTATION: Represent Finocontrol at networking events, conclaves, and CSR partnership opportunities.
  • SALES SUPPORT: Collaborate with the sales/consulting team to identify B2B growth opportunities through corporate alliances.
  • LEAD GENERATION: Generate leads for executive education, FDP/MDP programs, and consulting projects.
  • CORDINATION: Ensure smooth coordination between academic partners and corporate stakeholders.
  • TRAINING DELIVERY: Conduct pre-placement training sessions (resume workshops, mock GD/PI, industry talks).
  • MENTORSHIP CONNECTION: Connect trainees with mentors and alumni for career guidance.
  • FEEDBACK ANALYSIS: Gather employer feedback to refine Finocontrol's curriculum and placement preparation.
