BIM Manager Job Description

Our organization seeks a visionary BIM Manager to spearhead our Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience in managing large-scale BIM-enabled projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BIM Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution strategies, protocols, and standards across the organization.
  • BIM Team Leadership: Lead the BIM team and coordinate with multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction teams.
  • BIM Project Delivery: Oversee BIM project delivery for infrastructure, buildings, and industrial projects.

  • BIM Workflow Integration: Integrate BIM with project management, design, cost estimation, and construction workflows.
  • BIM Software Management: Manage BIM software platforms (Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, etc.) and coordinate with IT for upgrades and support.
  • BIM Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) checks on BIM models and outputs.
  • Digital Engineering Innovation: Drive innovation in digital engineering, including automation, computational design, and digital twins.
  • BIM Training and Support: Provide training, mentorship, and support to BIM coordinators, modelers, and project teams.
  • BIM Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors regarding BIM implementation and project execution.
  • BIM Reporting: Prepare progress reports, presentations, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
