Site Reliability Engineering Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Site Reliability Engineering team.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and driving the SRE strategy, promoting a culture of automation, and developing methodologies for elimination of toil, delay, and redundancy in processes.

You will assist in developing engineering and operational service metrics with actionable plans to improve operational efficiency, enhance service quality/service level agreements, and optimize delivery. You will also work with all parties to develop and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical services and design monitoring strategies with Engineering.

Additionally, you will conduct capacity planning, perform chaos engineering exercises, and lead architectural reviews for reliability. You will drive continuous improvement from incidents and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
