Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Digital Adoption Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our global customers improve their digital adoption.

Your key responsibilities will include working with our customers to identify their target audience's training needs, understanding their customer applications and processes, and deriving actionable insights and use cases to enhance digital adoption.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our customers. Additionally, you will consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to our customers using the client Product Ecosystem.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to develop product expertise and prioritize multiple customer projects concurrently.

A background in software development or professional services is preferred, and hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, and systems architecture and security is required. Familiarity with enterprise applications like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, and Oracle would be an added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
  • Consult and propose optimal digital adoption solutions using the client Product Ecosystem

An engineering or computer science background is mandatory, and excellent spoken English skills are essential for frequent communication with North American clients.
