Job Title: Business Solutions Architect

Overview
We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Solutions Architect. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing business solutions that drive growth and improvement.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst or Functional Consultant to leverage their expertise and passion for Workday configurations to make a lasting impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows, combined with hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders and Product Management to understand requirements, processes, and business needs.
- Translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations, ensuring scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Configure and maintain Workday modules as per business requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles.
- Ensure timely delivery of Workday configurations and support change management activities.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
