Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Workday HCM system configuration, implementation, and maintenance. They will work closely with our HR and IT teams to gather system requirements, configure new modules and features, and ensure compliance with HR policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

  • Provide end-user support and training
  • Develop and maintain system documentation
  • Perform regular system audits and updates
