**Growth and Digital Transformation Lead
This is a pivotal role that demands an exceptional leader to spearhead growth initiatives across our fintech products. The chosen candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing holistic growth strategies, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies encompassing multiple channels including mobile apps, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Design and scale experimentation frameworks to identify emerging growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, product, and finance, to monitor KPIs and iterate marketing strategies accordingly.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and results.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in growth marketing, ensuring our approach remains innovative and effective.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other growth tools.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable growth plans.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in personal loan monetization is desirable.
- Familiarity with fintech products, regulatory environments, and customer behavior.
- Hands-on experience with growth-related tools and platforms.
- Strong knowledge of programming/scripting for data analysis (Python, R) is a plus.
