Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Information Technology (IT) professional to oversee the management of Windows Server environments, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Active Directory, networking, firewall management, virtualization, and end-user support, as well as experience in Office 365, G-Suite, and Azure administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Windows Server Administration
    • Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments for optimal performance.
    • Administer Active Directory (AD), Group Policies (GPOs), DHCP, and DNS for seamless network connectivity.
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure data exchange.
  • Cloud & Identity Management
    • Administer Office 365 and G-Suite accounts, licenses, and email security protocols to prevent unauthorized access.
    • Manage Azure AD, MDM, MAM, Intune, and Jamf for efficient device/application management.
    • Implement and monitor Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and SSO integrations for enhanced security.
  • Network & Security Infrastructure
    • Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, and wireless networks to ensure high-speed connectivity.
    • Manage and monitor firewalls (preferably Fortinet) and network security policies to prevent cyber threats.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot 3CX phone systems and IP telephony to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Hardware & Peripheral Management
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and CCTV/IP cameras to ensure smooth operations.
    • Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management to optimize resource utilization.
  • Virtualization & Backup Solutions
    • Manage VMware / Hyper-V environments for server virtualization and optimization.
    • Monitor and maintain backup & recovery solutions for business continuity and disaster recovery.
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting Services
    • Provide L2/L3 support for end-user issues, system errors, and connectivity problems to ensure prompt resolution.
    • Document technical processes and maintain an IT knowledge base to facilitate future reference.
